Excellent communication before arrival - hosts were responsive and helpful. Quick and efficient check-in with Tess waiting at the apartment to greet us. Spotlessly clean apartment with no issues of noise. Convenient location for access to Westfield and the Olympic park. Good options for groceries and a market on Saturdays. Well-appointed kitchen and convenient washing machine. Ample bathroom linens provided. Friendly and accommodating hosts who exceeded expectations. Knowledgeable hosts who provided helpful tips for exploring the area.
Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.

This apartment in Stratford is absolutely lovely! The one bedroom is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a small family like ours. We enjoyed having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, it was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and fridge, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. The washing machine was a plus too! The private entrance gave us a sense of exclusivity and made us feel right at home. The apartment also had a hairdryer, which was handy for getting ready in the mornings.
Personally, we found the shower in the bathroom a bit small, but others may not mind.

The washing machine was a lifesaver, no more smelly socks! The flat-screen TV with streaming services provided endless entertainment, perfect for my lazy nights. And finding chocolate for guests made me feel like a kid in a candy store.
